About Me

I am a graphic designer living in Seattle, Washington with a passion for craft and art history. I am adaptable and have excellent time management. With a mostly agency background, I know how to work efficiently, and ask the right questions to get projects out the door.

In my free time I’m passionate about print design, drawing, going on walks, skateboarding, and drinking tea.

Work Experience

2020-Current Indigo Slate

Currently, I work at Indigo Slate located in Pioneer Square. I have learned a lot about working with a larger team and working within very tight deadlines. I have worked on projects for clients like Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Hearts On Fire and many more. I have learned and adapted to new programs and technology, and have worked on assets like websites, digital ads, videos, lookbooks, presentations, and event campaigns.

2022-2025Indigo Slate Gallery

A few years ago, we started utilizing the gallery space on the first floor of our building. We have hosted art shows to great acclaim like the “Common Ground” series, “On Going”, an experimental photography show, “Submerge”, a multimedia 3-person show, and other events like skate premiers, fundraising spaces, anniversary celebrations, and many more. I am the point of contact for the gallery and am responsible for managing the calendar and talking with interested curators.

2018-2020 Madak

Madak is a creative agency in Stanwood, Washington. I was hired as an intern out of college and worked beneath my boss, who was the Art Director. I was the only full-time designer so I learned a lot about managing my time and setting realistic expectations for projects. Knowing, however that I had to get things done within the deadline. I helped bring to life brands for small businesses in the area, worked on sporting event assets, and many different types of print materials like brochures, maps, billboards, stationary sets, and much more.

2015-2018 Pulse Magazine

Pulse Magazine is a 100% student-led, award-winning quarterly publication out of Central Washington University. I was a designer on the highly coveted team for two and a half years. In that time, I worked very closely with writers to design around their articles. Sometimes it would be one highly illustrative page, other times it could be six pages. Sometimes, the writers already had an idea of what they wanted it to look like, and a lot of the time the design was fully my responsibility. I made sure my designs were ready to go by the deadline, with the most updated copy.

2015-2018 Red Sky Orchards

I worked at a fruit and vegetable stand in Eastern Washington and was responsible for keeping shelves stocked, making signs, working the till, interfacing with customers, building displays, carrying boxes, and accepting and putting away deliveries.
